The class is suitable for everyone who wants to improve muscle condition, balance, mobility and the ability to move around in everyday life as effortlessly as possible. The classes progress calmly with focus on quality of movement. The exercises are simple, but the class as a whole is versatile. If necessary, the exercises are modified to suit everyone, and you are encouraged to treat your own body with gentleness and appreciation. The class always also includes relaxation at the end.
